When you visit the Apple Valley Subdivision in Cane Ridge, TN, please take a good look at the undeveloped lots, our entrance sign, the developer/builder sign across the road from the entrance sign. Consider that at the rate Apple Valley is currently building out, you will be looking at similar for the next decade or more.

If you choose to visit, check out the grounds that surround of the builder's model home on lower Smokey Hill... it should tell you all you need to know. This has been going on for 7 years and there is no reason to expect anything to change.

I pity those who bought in this area of Smokey Hill Road as they have looked at those lots for yeas and will continue to do so.

What else can I personally tell you about our subdivision and the Apple Valley Homeowner's Association?

You have seen how the entrance sign looks

You have seen how the builder's lots look

Now consider that Michael is president of the Apple Valley HOA

He hired a property management company, Tom Buida Real Estate Services Inc.. com... take a look at how he has managed our subdivision

Doubt my words? All you have to do is enter Apple Valley from Old Hickory Boulevard

You see how well the property is managed... but when you consider who hired the company, what would you expect?

We had By-Laws and Declarations that the builder copied from another template used by a relative, of ... you guessed it.

Michael claimed to have spent "thousands" on drawing it up yet recently spent $1800 dollars in legal fee's to change a couple words that were meaningless.

The $1800 was really spent trying to find something within my writings that they could use in court against me. However, they were unable to find anything that was not true.

an official website: http://www.applevalleysubdivision.com/ is a complete disaster and absolutely useless... but then again, guess who put (an I shutter to use the words) the web designer in place
